YOU NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS?

You have fourteen* days after receiving your order to return your purchases. Items returned without a label, damaged, damaged or worn, can not be refunded or exchanged.

Below are the steps to guide you.

STEP 1

Go to «My account» in «My orders». Click on «Details » then «Return Order» to complete your return request.

If you have ordered as a guest, click here.

STEP 2

Once your return request has been validated, you will receive your pre-paid return label by e-mail.

STEP 3

Print thepre-paid return labeland tape it on your package containing the returned products and your invoice.

Your order will be refunded once our quality department has checked the conformity of your return, within 14 working days.
