The e-gift card will be sent directly by e-mail to the recipient. You choose the amount of the card, the message to be inserted and the day of delivery. The e-gift card can be used on our website as many times as you like, and for one year from the date it is sent to the recipient.
HOW LONG IS AN E-GIFT CARD VALID FOR?
The e-gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of dispatch, as long as the balance is positive. It can be used in one or more transactions.
WHERE CAN I USE MY SIMONE PERÈLE E-GIFT CARD?
E-gift cards can only be used on our website and cannot be used in any of our physical stores and resellers.
CAN I USE SEVERAL E-CARDS TO COMPLETE MY PURCHASE?
It is possible to use several gift cards. If your e-gift card does not cover the full amount of your purchase, you can complete your payment by any of the available payment methods.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT PURCHASED WITH AN E-GIFT CARD?
If your order is returned, your e-gift card will be re-credited for the amount used. If you have completed your purchase by another means of payment, the refund will be made by the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
