Rules
Game with no purchase necessary
From September 15 to 29, 2025

Article 1 – Organization

Simone Pérèle, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 1,000,000 euros, located at 1 rue de Stockholm 75008 Paris, registered under number 622 041 713 R.C.S. Paris, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer," is
organizing a free, no-purchase-necessary contest from September 9 to 15, 2025 inclusive in the territories "Spain" and "Italy" on the
international website of the Organizer, www.simone-perele.com, under the following URLs (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"):

• https://it.simone-perele.com/it (ITALY)
  
  According to the terms and conditions outlined in these rules, hereinafter referred to as the "Contest."

Article
2 – Participants

This contest is open to any adult individual, excluding employees of the Organizer and their family members residing in Spain or Italy.

Participation is strictly personal and limited to one entry per person during
the contest period.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify compliance with this rule.

Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of these rules by the
participants.

3 – How to Participate

Online participation is open from September 15 to September 29, 2025 inclusive, until 23:59 Paris time. The date and time of participants' connections, as recorded by the Organizer’s and/or its technical service providers' computer systems, shall be definitive.

This contest is accessible through Instagram and Facebook platforms, both
operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. However, the contest is neither managed, sponsored, nor organized by Meta Platforms, Inc. or its affiliates in any way.

Participants acknowledge that their data is provided to the contest Organizer
and not to Meta. By participating, each entrant releases Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility related to the contest.

To participate in the contest, participants must complete the information form
available on the campaigns (advertisements or sponsored posts) and accept the contest rules by checking a box on the form. Any incomplete, incorrect, or unverified participation will be considered null and void.

Only one participation per person is allowed during the contest period.

The required information to participate in the contest is as follows:

• Email address (for contacting the winner)
  
  Optional details include: first name and last name.

The participant must fill out the form
completely and accurately for their participation to be valid. The participant
agrees that the information provided in the form will serve as proof of their
identity.

Any participation that does not comply with these rules will be considered
invalid.

Any participant suspected of fraud may be disqualified from the contest by the
Organizer without justification. Any incomplete, incorrect, or illegible
identification or participation, whether intentional or not, or submitted in a
manner other than specified in these rules, will be considered null and void.
The same applies to multiple participations.

Participants may choose to receive communications such as newsletters from Simone Pérèle by checking the relevant box on the form on the Organizer’s website.

Article
4 – Prizes/Rewards: 1 Unique Winner

1 prize with a maximum total value of 470 euros (including VAT) consisting of:

• 1 item from the "Ready-To-Wear"
  line
• 1 item from the "Shapewear" line
  
  1 lingerie set (top and bottom of choice) from the following permanent
  Simone Pérèle collections: Subtile 015/739, Essentiel 015/739, Intrigue
  015/314, Wish 015/030, Délice 011/017/383/709, Saga 016/448, Comète 015/772/011, Caresse 015/030/739/775, Karma 015/030/739, Andora
  011/015/383/739, Rêve 015/314/740, Eugénie 011/015.
  
  The commercial value of each prize is determined at the time these rules are written and cannot be disputed.

Article
5 – Drawing of Lots

The Organizer will hold a drawing on October 3, 2025, at the Organizer's
headquarters.

Any false, incorrect, or incomplete declarations made at the time of the
drawing will be considered null and void.

Article
6 – Winner Announcement and Prize Delivery

The winner will be informed by email after the drawing at the address provided during registration.

The winner must respond by email to the Organizer with the necessary
information to receive their prize (product and size choices from the list that will be sent to the winner) and the shipping address in Spain or Italy,
depending on the winner’s country of residence.

If the winner does not respond within fifteen days of the email notification,
the Organizer will cancel the prize.

In the event of a stock shortage or any other reason preventing the prize from
being provided, the Organizer will offer a prize of equivalent value to the
winner. The winner cannot claim any compensation from the Organizer.

The prize cannot be exchanged, returned, converted into cash, or transferred to a third party. Likewise, no compensation can be requested for the prizes, and they cannot be awarded to anyone other than the registered participant.

In the event the prize is returned for any reason, it will be considered lost
with no further delivery attempts.

7 – Use of Participants' Personal Data

The Organizer collects personal data specified in the entry form for contest
participation (mandatory: email address; optional: first and last name) in order to organize the drawing and notify the winner.

To deliver the prize to the winner by mail, the following information will be
required: first name, last name, and postal address.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17, each participant has the right to access,
rectify, or erase their personal data.

Requests must be sent in writing, along with proof of identity, to the following email address: privacy@simone-perele.fr

Participation in the contest may result in registration for the Simone Pérèle
newsletter if the participant consents via an opt-in. Participants can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each newsletter received by email.

8 – Contest Rules

  The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time, particularly in the event of force majeure, with no compensation due to
  participants.

Article
9 – Responsibility

The Organizer cannot be held responsible if, for reasons beyond its control, the operation, its terms, or the prize must be postponed, modified, or canceled in part or in full.

The Organizer is not liable for any personal, physical, material, financial, or
other damage incurred during participation in the contest.

The Organizer is not responsible for loss and/or theft of the prize, delivery
delays due to postal services, or total or partial destruction of the prize due
to unforeseen circumstances. The Organizer’s responsibility cannot be invoked in such cases.

The Organizer commits to responding to these questions or requests promptly.

Article
11 – Governing Law and Interpretation

These rules are governed by French law.

In case of a disagreement over the application or interpretation of these
rules, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Paris, which has exclusive jurisdiction.
